I think it's time for a relaxing piece of music. I keep this very brief, as I want you to just take two minutes (it's that short) out of your busy day and slow down for a wee bit. It'll give you energy.
The background of this tune is very simple. Creativity strikes in the most unsuspected ways, although in this case it wasn't so surprising. I just bought a new nylon string acoustic guitar and was serenading my then very young kitten. Corny, I know. So this is Penny's Song
I would like to share my guitar piece with you in form of a little video. My good friends Prisca Bouchet and Nick Mayow are documentary film makers and together we went to a few locations in Auckland, New Zealand, to film it. The video is a little experiment. We filmed in slow motion and I played the music in double speed. In the end the music is at the right speed but the footage is slightly surreal.
